Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What are the delivery options and estimated timeframes for the US?
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- Standard Delivery: 5-8 business days
- Express Delivery: 3-5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

What should I know about delivery timeframes?
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond our control, such as adverse weather or courier issues. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in brand new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Not be marked as “Final Sale”
- Not have been worn, installed, or otherwise used
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@basicfold.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
How do I request a return?
- Contact us at info@basicfold.com within 30 days of delivery
- We'll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions
- Return the item using a tracked and insured courier service
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed the same business day and issued to the original payment method. You should receive the funds within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
Are there any additional notes on returns and refunds?
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Additional deductions may apply for missing or damaged packaging
